29 diena: Arabian Nights arba Arabiškos ir lietuviškos pasakos

Kaifuoju skaitydama T. Shah knygą "In Arabian Nights"/ "Tūkstančio ir vienos nakties šalyje". Visiškai naujomis akimis pažvelgiau į arabiškas pasakas, kurias ne kartą skaičiau būdama vaikas ir paauglė. Visiškai kitu protu suvokiu jų išmintį, pamokymus ir idėjas. Turiu pripažinti, kad tai, kas jose - nerealu! 

Neveltui, Maroke jau daugelį šimtmečių egzistuoja pasakų sekėjo profesija.

Kuo vyresnis daraisi, tuo labiau vertini pasakas ir tautos istorijas. Kažkada, viešint vienos Floridos dėstytojos namuose, manęs paprašė papasakoti kokią nors populiarią lietuvišką pasaką. Keletą minučių, kurios atrodė kaip amžinybė, mąsčiau, kurią iš jų pasirinkti, nes niekas nešovė į galvą. O tuomet nupasakojau "Eglė - žalčių karalienė" siužetą, kuris nuskambėjo kaip siaubako motyvas. 

Stengiuosi prisiminti nors vieną lietuvišką pasaką, kuri būtų pozityvi. Nepavyksta. Kolkas. O gal tu žinai?
